The Answer To "Where Are My 2017 D23 Expo Tickets?" Can Be Found Here... Or At Least Info On How Ticket Mailing Works Can Be Found In This Article...

Just a quick reminder for those that have purchased general admission D23 Member and non-member 2017 D23 Expo tickets as we have started getting some messages about "where are they?" Please read this post all the way to the end before commenting as it will answer your questions if you just take the time to read it.

Per the official D23 Expo website:
"D23 Expo tickets will be mailed to U.S. residents several weeks prior to the event. All other online tickets will be available for pick-up at Will Call located at the Arena Box Office at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Will Call hours of operation are as follows:
Thursday, July 13, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday, July 14 – Saturday, July 15: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 16, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For questions about the D23 Expo tickets or guest changes, please contact customer service at D23EXPO@experient-inc.com. Our guest service hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm EST. For questions about D23 Expo, your D23 Membership or your membership number, please email GuestRelations@D23.com. "

What all that really meant and what you need to know to calm your fears:

1. If you are a U.S. resident that has already purchased your 2017 D23 Expo tickets and you don't have your tickets yet, breath it's OK because no one else who bought General Admission tickets has their tickets yet. (This applies to D23 Members and Non Members) If we get to July 5 and you still don't have your tickets, you will need to contact D23 DIRECTLY (see the contact info above) to figure out what has happened. Worst case scenario if your tickets got lost in the mail you can pick them up at Will Call as long as you communicate with D23 before the Expo.  
2. PLEASE remember over the next few weeks that once tickets start arriving and people start posting that their tickets have arrived in the mails that there is NO reason to freak out or fuss that your tickets haven't arrived yet. D23 Expo tickets tend to be mailed in waves via standard USPS so the process can be slow moving and just because someone else got their ticket, doesn't mean you need to stress (or squash their happy with your fussing) because USPS hasn't made it to your door yet. I promise you there is NO pattern, rhyme or reason when it comes to when these things will arrive in your mailbox.  
3. If you DON'T live in the U.S. guess what? NONE of this U.S.P.S. mailing stuff applies to you in any way shape or form. Why? Because D23 doesn't mail tickets outside of the U.S. so you have to go to Will Call to pickup your tickets. 
4. Finally, if you are a CM that bought CM tickets for the D23 Expo, NONE of this applies you, as you have your own bag of marbles in this ticket game and you should have been provided with information on the mailing process when you purchased your tickets.
